Avro RJ Theoretical Type Training
Course Code Avro RJ Blocks
This Theoretical Type Training has been developed and used around the world by operators of the BAe146 and Avro RJ series (RJ 70, 85 and 100). It contains all systems training required to constitute a Type Training certificate.
Prerequisites: A good understanding of English
Target Group : Flight crew members
Training Language: English
Course Objective: Provides Flight crew members with knowledge about Technical Training for RJ 85
Final Test: The trainee must pass, with a grade of 75% or higher, a multiple choice.

Avro RJ Technical modules
- Block 1 : Electrics and Avionics (Duration: 3 hours)
- Block 2 : Engine and Fuel Systems (Duration: 3 hours)
Block 3 : Hydraulic, Landing Gear and Brakes (Duration: 3 hours) - Block 4 : Air Conditioning, Pressurisation and Pneumatics (Duration: 3 hours)
- Block 5 : Water Waste, Flight Controls, Ice and Rain (Duration: 3 hours)
- Block 6 : Oxygen, TAWS and Windshear (Duration: 3 hours)
