11.2.3.7 Aircraft Protection Security Training

EU 2015/1998 11.2.3.7 / Course Code 11-2-3-7-IE-EN-SB

Prerequisites: Good understanding of English.

Description Target Group: Persons implementing aircraft protection

Training Language: English

Duration: 1,5 to 2 hours

Final Test: All trainees need to pass a final exam in order to complete the security course.The minimum pass grade is 85%. If a trainee fails for the first time, he/she will be given a second attempt at the exam. If a trainee fails twice, he/she will have to retake the entire course.

Certification: The trainee receives his/her certificate as soon as he/she has successfully passed the final test.

Validity: Once the Security training is completed, refresher training must be conducted every three years.

Course Outline – 11.2.3.7 Aircraft Protection Security Training

Upon completing this online training you will have the knowledge of: 

  • How to protect and prevent unauthorised access to aircraft Procedures for sealing aircraft 
  • How to identify card systems used at the airport
  • Procedures for challenging persons and of circumstances in which persons should be challenged or reported
  • Emergency response procedures
